Earlier this week, I read and reviewed Titan Books' reissue of Philip Jose Farmer's short novel THE PEERLESS PEER, in which Sherlock Holmes and John Watson encounter John Clayton, Lord Greystoke, a.k.a. There's a used bookstore two blocks up from my hotel. I noticed it when I walked up to Radio Shack last night to buy a new power cord for the laptop. It looks shabby when you first walk in, and things are a bit scattered, but the staff is really nice. For about $20 I found:
